Pathway: Performance Centre
Joining our Talent ID football sessions is the first step towards accessing our Performance Centre. We identify talented players through our sessions and provide them with opportunities to progress to our elite training program. This pathway allows players to enhance their skills and compete at a higher level.
TID Inter-League System
As part of our Talent ID program, players get the chance to represent Yeovil Town Community Sports Trust in inter-league matches. These matches provide an additional platform for players to showcase their abilities and develop their game by competing against players from other clubs and academies.
UEFA Qualified Coaching Staff
Our Talent ID football sessions are led by a team of UEFA qualified coaching staff. They have extensive experience in working with young players and possess the technical expertise to guide and mentor aspiring footballers. Players can learn the necessary skills to excel in the sport.
Talent ID Football Sessions
Our main focus is on developing and learning new skills and friendships within football. There is a clear pathway into the YTFC Performance Centre with regular events between the two set ups. We currently have one centre operating on a Sunday evening at Huish Park, with two others currently being planned.
Invitations to Special Events
Players who participate in our Talent ID football sessions have the opportunity to receive invitations to special events throughout the season. These events include YTFC first team player meet and greets and/or overseas football tours. It's a chance for young players to connect with professional footballers and gain valuable insights.
Develop & Learn New Skills
At Yeovil Town Community Sports Trust, we believe in providing a platform for players to develop and learn new skills. Our Talent ID football sessions focus on enhancing technical abilities and overall game intelligence. With a structured curriculum and dedicated coaching staff, players can thrive and reach their full potential.
