Football Development Officer (FT)
The Football Development Officer will play a pivotal role in the strategic delivery, management, and growth of the Trust’s female football and participation pathway. The post-holder will lead on Post-16 girls football, Talent ID provision, Soccer Schools, and Girls Training Centres, while also supporting Yeovil Town FC home matchdays through community and football operations.
The role requires a highly motivated football professional with strong leadership, recruitment, and organisational skills, capable of driving participation, performance, and progression across multiple programmes.
